dripping water low quality soap
the location was acceptable it was right in the center.
the ac barely worked and water dripped. the soap and cream set seemed low quality. i think the neon lights in the room were an odd choice.

superb service and great location
genuine warmth restaurant reservation good lighting
the staff smiled with genuine warmth. they made good recommendations and called for restaurant reservations. i received chocolates upon returning at night. the room was spacious and had lots of good lighting.
the breakfast space was not large. the seating was not too comfortable.

the hotel offers valet parking. a spa exists. sample perfumes were a lovely touch. the location is fabulous close to the center and stores.

Really good Turin Stay
great bar pistachio croissants comfortable suite
The bar had a nice selection of drinks. Breakfast was fantastic. I especially loved the pistachio cream croissants. My free upgrade to a suite provided so much space. It was comfortable.
